Method
- In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except for the avocados.
- Refrigerate the mixture for a few hours or overnight to let the flavors blend, then chop the avocados and gently fold them in right before serving.

I’ve also tried making this with cottage cheese instead of feta, and it turned out surprisingly delicious—so good!
You can absolutely use fresh garlic and any type of tomato you prefer. I personally enjoy using cherry tomatoes because they have more skin and less of the juicy interior.
