Method
- Place the instant coffee, brown sugar, and water into a bowl.
- Whisk the mixture using a hand mixer, frother, or regular whisk. Depending on the tool you use, this can take anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes. You’ll know it's ready when the consistency thickens and the color lightens.
- Once prepared, serve it as a creamy topping over any milk of your choice, whether iced or hot.
Notes
Storage: If you make extra, you can store any unused whipped coffee in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can whip it again to make it more frothy and lighter in color.
