Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, thoroughly mix the minced meat, grated cheese, egg, and spices. Use a butter knife or spoon to evenly spread the mixture over the bread slices.
- Place the slices on a large baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Switch the oven to top heat only.
- Bake the sandwiches for about 20 minutes, or until the meat is fully browned.
- Serve immediately.
