- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1/2 cup salted butter softened
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Slice the French bread loaf lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic powder, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Spread the mixture evenly over both halves of the bread. Sprinkle Colby Jack and mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the butter is melted and bubbly. For a crispier top, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
