- 3 cups water
- 1 ½ cups uncooked white rice
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 ½ cups cooked medium shrimp peeled and deveined (tails removed)
- 2 large eggs beaten
- ¼ cup chopped green onion
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
