- Place the chicken, broth, diced onion, minced garlic, and salt into the Crockpot.
- Cook on low heat for 6 to 7 hours or on high heat for 3 to 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and add the gnocchi, chopped spinach, and heavy cream. Continue cooking for an additional 20 to 30 minutes until the gnocchi is soft.
- Serve warm.
