- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Cook linguine: Boil the linguine in salted water following the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sear steak: In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove the steak from the skillet, let it rest, and slice it thinly.
