Step 1: Prepare the Batter
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until the mixture is pureed and smooth.
Step 2: Cook the Wraps
- Heat a 10-inch frying or crepe pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the pan to prevent sticking.
- Once the pan is hot, ladle ⅓ of the batter into the pan, spreading it evenly in a circular shape.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 2 minutes until bubbles form and the edges become firm.
- Remove the lid and use a flexible silicone spatula to loosen the wrap’s edges and center.
- Flip the wrap quickly using the spatula, cover again, and cook for another 2 minutes until fully set.
- Remove the wrap from the pan and repeat the process two more times to make a total of three spinach wraps.
