Ingredients
  

  • cup extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon fresh garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Pour the olive oil into a small serving bowl or plate.
  • Add the Italian seasoning, garlic, basil, red pepper flakes, black pepper, fresh basil, Parmesan cheese, and salt.
  • Just before serving, drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the mixture.
