Refreshing Peach Sangria
Refreshing Peach Sangria is a fruity, golden-hued blend of white wine, ripe peaches, and citrus that’s as perfect for summer parties as it is for laid-back evenings. Light, customizable, and easy to make, it’s a stylish and delicious way to enjoy seasonal flavors in a chilled glass.
- 1 bottle of your favorite white wine such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio
- ½ cup peach schnapps
- 1 large peach thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup fresh blueberries
- 5 to 7 sprigs of fresh mint
- 1 to 2 tablespoons agave nectar to taste
- Optional: a splash of sparkling water for added fizz
In a large pitcher, combine the peach schnapps, sliced peaches, blueberries, mint sprigs, agave nectar, and white wine. Stir well to mix all the ingredients together. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend; for the best flavor, let it chill for about 4 hours. When ready to serve, optionally top with sparkling water for a refreshing fizz. Pour over ice, making sure to include some of the soaked fruit in each glass, and garnish with fresh mint.
