In a jar with a lid, pour in the milk (nonfat or 2%) and shake it vigorously for about a minute until it becomes foamy. Remove the lid and microwave the milk for 15 seconds to warm it up.
To make the latte, fill two large glasses (or mason jars) with ice and evenly pour the coffee between them. Add a sprinkle of sugar to each glass.
Using a spoon, hold back the foam and pour a little milk into each glass. Then, scoop spoonfuls of foam and place them on top of the latte. Drizzle honey over each one and sprinkle with flaked sea salt. Stir everything together and enjoy your homemade iced salted honey latte!
