- In a medium bowl, combine half of the crumbled bacon (7 pieces) with the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, shredded cheddar, and seasonings. I used a hand mixer to blend everything until smooth and creamy. Spread the mixture evenly in the bottom of an 8-inch serving dish. Top with the chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and the remaining bacon.
