Ingredients
  

  • 14 slices of center-cut bacon cooked and chopped (about 1 cup crumbled)
  • 1 8 oz package of low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup shredded 2% cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped Roma tomatoes

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine half of the crumbled bacon (7 pieces) with the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, shredded cheddar, and seasonings. I used a hand mixer to blend everything until smooth and creamy. Spread the mixture evenly in the bottom of an 8-inch serving dish. Top with the chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and the remaining bacon.
