- Pour the espresso or hot coffee into a large mug and set it aside.
- In a 16 oz mason jar, combine the brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for one minute.
- After shaking, remove the lid and microwave the jar for 30 seconds to help the foam rise and stabilize.
- Pour the warm sweetened milk into your coffee and spoon the foam on top.
- Topping (optional):
- Mix the 3/4 teaspoon of sugar and remaining cinnamon in a small bowl. Stir until fully combined, then sprinkle over the foam. Serve immediately.
Notes
